Return and Refund Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers. 

Please inspect your items when you receive them as we do not accept returns unless your item is deemed faulty or are different to the items you have ordered.

Returns will not be accepted on any item damaged by you, altered item or if you simply change your mind. 

Returned items must be unused in their original condition with the tag still attached along with original packaging and receipt.

 If an item is defective or faulty a claim must be made by email within 14 days of receipt of the item, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Return shipping
It is the customers responsibility to pay all return shipping charges when returning the item and we strongly recommend the item be sent back via registered post as we take no responsibility for the loss of returned items in transit.

Sale items:
We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs.

Colour variations:
Please note colours are represented as close as possible on our online store, please understand colours may vary on computer screens.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
